Publishing a new work is an exciting time for any author. It doesn’t matter if it’s your first book or your one-hundredth. You’ve finally finished writing your masterpiece! You’ve gone through everything to reach this stage… Edits, Beta reads, Re-edits, a multitude of headaches in one form or another, and that’s before you even get to the publishing process. Now you’ve gone through all the stages, what is there not to be excited about? In fact, you’re so excited, you want folks to know all about it!
BOOK TALK

This is where BOOK TALK comes in and I cordially invite you as a guest to come and tell us all about your new masterpiece. You can even use BOOK TALK as part of your launch program whether it be an introduction to your launch, en media res, or as your book launch follow-up!
How Book Talk Works: Three Simple Steps
- You contact me to let me know you want to talk about your new book.
- I invite you as a guest with temporary author privileges to write your post directly on my site. (No need for emails with attachments)
- Simply accept my invitation to write your post and include whatever related links and pictures/videos you want and schedule it for the date and time you wish.

BTW… that WP link you sent me seems to have vanished. Is this the problem?

I don’t see your email on your contact page, and there is nowhere to ‘write’, either on your contact page or the Book Talk page.
I can be a bit dense when it comes to technology, but this has me beat…

Simply click on where it says, Write. It’s the same a writing a post on your own site. If you use the classic editor you can switch to that instead of using blocks. Email me if you still have problems.

Yes, but where do I write the post? I can only see a very small box!

There is no particular place. Just write your article and you will see Book Talk as a category and can use Book Talk as a tag. That’s all there is to it. 🙂

I did try, but couldn’t find the Book Talk place!
I’ll try again in the morning…

I seem to have lost the link to your Book Talk, Kevin.
Can you send it again, or whatever you did last time?

I participated in Book Talk once – a couple of years ago. Was it that long? It was great fun. A generous offer to the indie community, Kevin. Thanks!

Great idea, thanks. Not sure when I’ll get a new book out but I’d like to do this.

I have to get busy on this. I hope to have it done before the end of the month. You are so generous with offering blog space. I have been swamped, but I’m tackling my to do list. It feels as long as my TBR, LOL!
